STEP-1 (Registration Process):-

The candidate/ parent can request a Registration Form by writing to the Admission Department of the School or download it from the link available on the official school website (www.bpsg.edu.in). To obtain an Application Form and Prospectus of the school offline, a demand draft of ₹ 1200/- is to be sent in favour of ‘Birla Public School Ganganagar’ drawn at ICICI bank payable at Pilani. IPO / Money Order is also accepted. The duly filled Registration Form along with the Registration Fee of ₹ 1200/- (non-refundable and non-negotiable) is to be sent to the school’s correspondence address along with the following documents.

1. Date of Birth Certificate

2. Two Recent Passport Size Photographs of the Student

3. Copy of Permanent Address Proof

4. Copy of Passport (if available)

5. Aadhar Card Copy of Student, Father and Mother

6. Previous School Progress Report Card and Transfer Certificate.

The acceptance of the Registration Form and Fee does not guarantee admission to the prospective student.

STEP-2 (General Test):-

After the verification of the Registration Form by the Admission Office, a confirmation of the registration will be dispatched to the parents/guardians. The candidate will be provided with a Syllabus for the General Test of the appearing class along with a date for the same. There will be no test for Classes Nursery to II.

Withdrawl: –

One months’ notice is to be given in advance in the form of a written application before the withdrawal of the student. In case a child is withdrawn by the guardian/parent at the middle of the session, the fees paid will not be refunded and Transfer Certificate will only be issued after the clearance of all  the dues in full.

Mode of payment: –

1. To promote cashless transaction as per CBSE guideline parents may deposit school fees through Cheque/ DD/ pay order in favour of BIRLAPUBLIC SCHOOL GANGANAGAR or can be directly paid to Bank A/c through RTGS/NEFT.
